Terms and Conditions
Registration Fee
One-time flat fee applied at initial registration.
Monthly Tuition
If you need to cancel the monthly tuition, an email notice is required at least one week before the time of renewal. If you fail to do so, the tuition will be charged. Such payments cannot be refunded, but will be translated into credits. Credits are valid for 6 months and can be applied to future classes.
Sibling Discount
Discounts on the monthly tuition rate are applied to all siblings of the primary member. The student with the greatest monthly tuition amount is considered the primary member. Discount is only applicable when both the primary member and the siblings are registered full-time. Full-time registration is defined as being registered for at least 4 weeks per month; in the case where the primary member takes two or more different types of monthly classes (ex. regular art class and digital art class), he/she will be recognized as a full-time member if registered for at least 5 classes per month. Registration fees are not eligible for discounts.
Absence & Makeup
Parents are responsible for notifying absences. Make-up classes are offered only when absences are pre-notified, and can only be scheduled within 90 days from the time of absence.
Payment
Payments are accepted in cash, check (payable to "Gorilla Art & Craft"), and credit card (only for online payments).
Late Payment Fee
A $5 fee will be charged for any late payments.
Fee for The Returned Check
A $20 fee will be charged for each check that is, for any reason, returned by the bank.
Material Cost
All basic material will be provided, but additional material costs may be requested in special cases.
